The suite can also accommodate up to six people with the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room which also has a 65 inch TV. The kitchen is fully stocked including a blender and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience and the baths have been recently renovated. Amenities include a sparkling, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, 14 person jacuzzi, a private beach with pier, Kayak and Paddle Board rentals, oceanfront marina with boat ramp, lighted tennis courts, free parking, and charcoal grills to cook your catch. You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort and property, with a 24-hour security gate manned at all times. While the Florida Keys aren't known for their vast beaches, you can still stroll the tropical woodlands and enjoy the sandy beach area within the property. The closest public beach is Anne's Beach, located in south Islamorada. However, we highly recommend getting out on the water to experience the Keys fully. We have world-class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking, making it a perfect getaway destination. Ocean Pointe is close to a wide range of top notch restaurants, shopping plaza, movie theater, charter fishing, glass bottom boats, swim with the Dolphins park and many more fun places to visit.

POOL CLOSURE: **Please be informed that at this time we are anticipating closing of the swimming pool on or about the week of October 25 - November 22. While we understand that no time is a good time, the pool is one of our most prized possessions, so we cannot delay this repair any longer.

Please treat me home as if it was your own. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
