POOL CLOSURE: **Please be informed that at this time we are anticipating closing of the swimming pool on or about the week of October 25 - November 22. While we understand that no time is a good time, the pool is one of our most prized possessions, so we cannot delay this repair any longer.

If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED NOTE: Monthly or longer stays are discounted, contact us directly for an even bigger savings (monthly inquiries only) Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
