This unit sleeps four (4) adults with one comfortable King bed in master bedroom, and one Queen bed in guest bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, equipped with hair dryers. Both the living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs w/cable. This unit has Free & Secure WIFI. Completely stocked kitchen with all appliances, including a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board. THE PROPERTY: Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including: - BEACH access from the property. Beach chairs are provided; - Huge heated swimming POOL and HOT TUB with loungers, umbrellas and tables; - Two private TENNIS courts and Pickleball - 24/7 FRONT gate security; - - Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property; - 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit; - Food Truck - On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited. POOL CLOSURE: **Please be informed that at this time we are anticipating closing of the swimming pool on or about the week of October 25 - November 22. While we understand that no time is a good time, the pool is one of our most prized possessions, so we cannot delay this repair any longer.

If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
