A covered veranda situated just off the kitchen beckons you out to enjoy the quiet morning with your favorite cup of joe and the tropical island breezes. Housed on the main floor is a dining area with a table for 4 and additional seating is provided at the breakfast bar. A comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and a half-bath complete this level. Up a flight of stairs to the second floor are the Master Suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. The Guest room just down the hall offers a queen bed and a second full bath.

I will send a message roughly 7 days before your arrival to provide all detailed check-in information, entry codes etc. for a smooth check-in. We stock the condo with the following items to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom; one roll of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash/soap in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap. We do not replenish these items during your stay.

While cleanup efforts may be made when possible, nature ultimately determines when and how much sargassum reaches our beaches.
