Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The resort is ideally located just minutes away from some of the finest Restaurants, Snorkeling & Diving Excursions, and Fishing Adventures in the Florida Keys. You can literally jump on your boat and within 3 minutes be off into the Atlantic Ocean. No need to look any further. The first and last names of all guest who are staying on property MUST be given to the host prior to arrival, that way we can add you to our guest list as it is a private gated community. Boat liability insurance of $300,000 in property damage is required in order to bring a motorized vessel onto Ocean Pointe property. The Boat Slip is an additional fee, please contact for more information.

If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
