Enjoy this coveted third floor, oceanfront, condo nestled on 60 lush acres, part of a protected mangrove forest, entered through a private road and gatehouse. As you walk in the door you will be greeted by an immaculately renovated suite and the blue green colors of the Atlantic giving you an immersion in seaside, coastal living..

The Space

This furnished apartment will offer you all of the comforts of home as it features a large flat screen TV, premium cable, WiFI, dining table, and work space.

The Master bedroom is dressed in island finery with a lush king sized bed, an on-suite bathroom, walk-in shower and flat screen TV makes for the perfect retreat. The guest bedroom has two single beds and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. There is an elevator for your convenience, but stairs are there too in case you want to get your steps in.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring modern stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, for cooking, entertaining or making yourself a fancy drink.

The washer and dryer are located conveniently inside the apartment.

Relax, sit back, and enjoy the Florida Keys as you watch the sunrise from the balcony.

Your condo will come stocked with the following items in your Welcome Kit to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap.

The Resort

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in south Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. Enjoy all the resort has to offer from sun up to sun down. You and your family will have fun making memories gathering shells, playing beach games, paddleboarding or just plain relaxing. Lounge by the stunning jr Olympic-sized pool with vibrant lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabana bar. Finish the day with an outdoor BBQ to complete the laid-back environment you’ve been searching to find.

**Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are handled by a separate entity and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.

All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited.

“Scotty and I arrived at the gated community and found condo to be clean, pool area clean and relaxing. Beach area, okay if you just want to be by the water. We did experience problems with the air working in condo and plumbing issues with shower. Called Margo and she was on top of getting things fixed. No complaints....everything was back in top shape after relaxing by the pool. Restaurant was good very pleasant waitor. Would stay again.”

“Reservations and directions to get into the unit were a smooth process. This was our first trip to the Keys and the location was perfect. There were plenty of activities nearby, excellent restaurants and Key West was under two hours, an easy day trip. The unit was spotless and well equipped. (lots of towels, shampoo, spices etc - attention to details) It presented just like the pictures. The keypad was an added bonus, not having to worry about keys. We would stay here again if we were to find ourselves traveling back to the Keys.”
