The Space

Completely and beautifully remodeled fourth-floor condo. Brand new furniture and beds. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. Sleeping accommodations: King in master, Queen in 2nd bedroom.

The Resort

Sitting directly on Florida Bay, Futura Yacht Club offers beautiful sunset views from the beach. Among the amenities are a boat ramp, optional boat slip, fish cleaning area, lighted tennis courts, sunbathing beach and new swimming pool and clubhouse. Located conveniently between Tavernier Creek and Snake Creek makes ocean access from the bay a breeze. Our unit has optional dockage for boats up to 33’ with a lockable storage box and an on-site boat ramp. Boat liability insurance of $300,000 in property damage is required in order to bring a motorized vessel onto Futura property. No fee for trailer storage or boat ramp.
